I'm a little behind on this but FUNimation has a Youtube channel where they are posting full episodes for example of xxxHolic:

They also have subbed anime on their site.

oh man really? Since when? I had no idea.
What series do they have so far?
They were showing the new FMA but it got pulled after their server was hacked, so I'm not sure what's going on.
good anime always gets removed from youtube though.
