I'm a little behind on this but FUNimation has a Youtube channel where they are posting full episodes for example of xxxHolic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r064zvaH_LE They also have subbed anime on their site.

They were showing the new

They were showing the new FMA but it got pulled after their server was hacked, so I'm not sure what's going on.
