Welcome to the site! Have fun here ^_^ If you have any problems plese ask me or Digitalbrute. I don't have time immediatly to comment on everything so I'll give a quick critique for a few things for now:

Demo

I have to say I'm really impressed with your reel, your voices and performances are solid there's also a nice range. If you plan on sending this off bear in mind 2 mins may be a little long, It's not excessive by any means but as far as I know demo reels should be a little shorter.

Zack Meets Aerith

I personally find that FF often looks terrible in English, but you did a superb job I couldn't really see and flaws here at all.

Shuffle

If I hadn't read the description I wouldn't have really noticed where you'd edited yourself in.The lip sync ws good but watch the mic puffs, one was particually audiable when you said " Shut your mouth!"

Some really superb stuff here, do you do any dubs from scratch? i.e from Japanese scripting etc Whilst your work here is really good, it's hard to judge since you're palcing yourself in the scenes exactly how the official dubs went, performing  and dubbing a scene in completly your own way can allow for a lot more freedom, though I will admit you then have all the pros and cons of casting others.
