We posted a random clip we had floating about from a con panel, and asked you to have a go at dubbing it. We got four entries, and took our time to carefully look them over. First things first thanks to all the entrants for taking the time to enter.

The winner as promised will get a feature on the front page of the site. For each entrant we wrote down our thoughts,by no means was this a hardcore crit in no particular order:

Destructive Force " combo breaker V ep 21"

Azure: I liked the overall idea of this entry presenting it as a clip from a frictional anime, I especially liked the jibe about the sound crew and the " combo breaker" line great timing. It was a hastily mixed clip on my part, so the reference made me giggle.

DigitalBrute: I noticed a couple of lip-sync issues but otherwise clear voicing

The Nation maker: " The National showdown"
Azure: The line " I'm stuck, why am I stuck?!" just made me laugh. Excellent  observation. I also loved the disclaimer at the start. Probably funniest entry for me.

DigitalBrute: Voice was clear and understandable, funny dialog

Azure: This was less parody more attack sounds. Those are a major skill in itself so I rate his performance highly. He was also the only one to post on the forums like we asked. So I'd rate his ability to follow direction/instruction and  the aforementioned skill in attack sounds.

DigitalBrute: Voicing was clearly understood, Lip-syncing fits and only one to post on the forum as requested.

Azure: It was a brave move to enter  first.  As one of the commentators said there was a definite project A-ko vibe to things which really took me back.

DigitalBrute: RANDOM! XD, Voicing was a bit fuzzy, but lip-syncing was basically good

Martialmichael126: Overall this was the strongest entry, just to make it clear he didn't win because he posted on the forum  ( though as we said it was a plus for us) it was the overall technical skill which carried him over. I'd be interested in seeing just what he could do in a clip with more room for improv.
